Swing away.. Sleep awhile..

Something on the side..

Everybody loves 'something on the side' and this restored wooden side table is no exception.. It stands 48cm in height x 41cm in width x 41cm in depth.. It has been painted a gloss cream with a shabby chic look..

The unique part is not only the gorgeous legs but the hand-written deco on top.. A perfect compliment to any lounge or bedroom..

One for the littlies and the biggies..

I just love restoring rocking horses.. They are so unique and making them come to life again, all the while knowing that they are going to bring a child happiness, delights my soul..

When I came across this rocking horse, I couldn't resist it! Although it is tall, I could just picture the 'biggies' of the family riding it with excitement and imagined how perfect it would look sitting in the corner of the 'littlies' of the family's nursery..

Back up and running...

Well after a looooooong break and time adjusting to a mother of two littlies (with an extension on our home added in) Jode Designs is finally back up and running with some beautiful new goodies..

Firstly we have put the finishing touches on the first items of our new homewares range.. We have had some lovely feedback to these items and are so excited to share them with you..

These hanging candle holders are made from recycled timber. 

They come in five and six holder sets.  Each candle holder comes with glass bottles with tealights and hangs from a rope at each end.  It is a great piece to use indoors or outdoors. A romantic touch to a dinner table/wedding table..
